We are a two-founder company in 2026, growing carefully. The roles below are anticipated openings between now and 2028. We hire only when the work is real, the runway is solid, and we can offer fair conditions.
How we hire
- French (Québec) is the working language. Internal documentation, support and product copy are in Québec French. English is welcome on technical work, but day-to-day collaboration is in French.
- Remote within Québec. Anywhere in the province. We meet in person several times a year.
- Skills over credentials. Show us what you have built. Open-source contributions count.
- No whiteboard puzzles. The interview is a structured conversation about your past work plus a paid take-home assignment representative of the role.
Anticipated openings
Customer success — Québec French (T+6 to T+12 months)
Onboard new customers, run migration coordination, build the help center. Heavy writing, calm under pressure, a sense of pedagogy.
iOS/macOS developer (T+12 to T+18 months)
Maintain and grow our native iOS app, then build the Android counterpart. Swift, SwiftUI, IMAP/CalDAV/CardDAV, Matrix.
Sales & partnerships — public sector and OBNL (T+18 to T+24 months)
Open municipal accounts, build relationships with UMQ/FQM/MRC, structure pilot programs with OBNL networks.
SRE / infrastructure engineer (T+24 to T+36 months)
Take over the bare-metal operations as we expand to a second Québec site. K3s, Helm, GitLab CI, MinIO, PostgreSQL, observability.
