Our team transfers your emails, contacts, calendars and files in the background, with no service interruption. Free for all PME Standard, Pro and OBNL/Public plans.

How a typical migration runs

  1. Discovery (week 1) — We audit your current setup: number of mailboxes, total volume, custom domains, MX/SPF/DKIM records, calendars, shared drives, third-party integrations.
  2. Pilot (week 2) — We migrate a small group of users (typically 3 to 5) so you can validate the experience on your real workflow before going wide.
  3. Bulk transfer (weeks 2–3) — We replicate emails, calendars, contacts and files to Béluga in the background. Your team keeps working in MS 365 or Google during this phase.
  4. DNS cutover (chosen evening) — We switch MX records, deliver new credentials, validate clients (Outlook, Apple Mail, mobiles).
  5. Stabilization (weeks 3–4) — Daily delta sync of any messages received during the cutover window. Help desk on standby.

  • Mailboxes and folders (entire mail history, including labels and flags)
  • Personal and shared contacts (vCard)
  • Personal, shared and resource calendars (iCal)
  • OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox files (preserving folder structure and sharing intent)
  • Distribution lists and aliases
  • Sieve / mail rules, when convertible

Migration is free for the following plans: PME Standard, PME Pro, OBNL Standard, OBNL Grand, Municipal, Béluga Public. For complex migrations (Exchange on-premises, large PST archives, organization mergers), we provide a custom quote.
